The Challenge

After expanding their operations to digital marketing and advertising and growing their team, their Sales Training Team identified the need to transition from instructor-led training (conducted via webinar during COVID-19) to online learning experiences in order to scale, free up their expert’s time, and provide an on-demand platform of training modules for their Sales Team.

Our Solution

Instructional Design Consulting & eLearning Development was provided through a rapid development process. We worked with their Subject Matter Experts to refine their content, structured the course strategy, and built out an eLearning course with approximately 30 modules. Their new hires and seasoned Sales Associates are not able to have an online learning experience that helps them to conduct sales calls and apply the fundamentals of digital marketing.

The Results

By creating an online course, LOCALiQ Sales Team were able to access resources and all of the essential information they needed to successfully talk about their products to their potential clients whenever and wherever they needed to. By providing learning on-demand, the productivity of their team should increase and the need for on-site instructors or trainers via webinar would not be required.
