Founded in 2020 by Antoinette A. Adefela, Exp.Design LLC operates as a collective of L&D and design consultants dedicated to specific stages of the learning design process based on their expertise.

We believe learning should be inclusive, inspiring, and driven by results.

We are motivated to support training teams and became a certified minority-owned business through the National Minority Supplier Development Council, a certified HUB vendor, and a member of the Houston Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD). This gives us an unique confidence in providing thoughtful and inclusive learning experiences to our clients.
